Process
First, our HR Team will assess your qualifications & soft skills for the profile. You might get questioned about your education history, previous work experience & reason for wanting to change jobs.
Next, a hiring manager or technical expert from the applied field will test and gauge your technical skills, concepts, problem-solving abilities, and personality fit per our working culture.
Next, you will be given a practical task to evaluate your theoretical and practical skills, problem-solving approach, and ability to work under pressure. This can be held online or in person.
Finally, the last round of interviews will be with the senior team/hiring manager. Your overall performance, cultural fit, salary expectations & onboarding needs will be discussed here.
